What’s new in MTBOC?
- New questionnaires event evaluation (Czechia & Italy) – under Event quality section (followTHISlink)
- Good news:Latvia will host the 2nd MTBO World Cup round and U23 WMTBOC in 2024 from July 5th to 7th. We appreciate the Latvian Orienteering Federation and Martins L. for organizing this event, allowing for a complete MTBO World Cup program in 2024. While it’s not ideal to appoint an organizer only a year prior to the event, we aim to avoid this in the future. If your country has MTBO activity, consider hosting a national event as a World Ranking Event and potentially organizing a round of the IOF MTBO World Cup. Currently, we are seeking organizers for WMTBOC 2026, EMTBOC 2026, and the 3rd World Cup round in 2026. Contact the MTBO Commission for more details. Thank you!
